No Hacking or Cheating
No hacks, hacked clients, X-ray, cheats, or unfair modifications that give players an advantage.
No Bug Exploiting
Do not intentionally abuse bugs, glitches, or exploits in Minecraft, mods, plugins, or the server.
First Twenty Minutes
Every player is protected from hostile actions during their first twenty (20) minutes after joining the server. During this time, no one may attack, kill, grief, steal from, damage the property of, or intentionally interfere with that player. This protection is based on each player's individual join time.
PvP Is Allowed
After a player's first twenty (20) minutes, PvP, killing, raiding, stealing, and griefing are allowed, subject to the other Server Rules.
No Combat Logging
Do not leave the server during combat to avoid being killed. Ordinary connection problems are not automatically a violation.
No Harassment
Do not seriously harass, threaten, bully, or repeatedly target players outside of normal SMP competition.
No Spam
Do not spam chat, commands, messages, or other server features.
No Rule Bypassing
Do not use alternate accounts, exploits, or loopholes to bypass the rules, protection periods, or punishments.
No Server Abuse
Do not intentionally crash, attack, overload, or disrupt the server.
No Permission Abuse
Do not abuse operator commands, permissions, or other server systems to gain an unfair advantage or interfere with other players.
Player-Made Rules
Teams may create their own rules, laws, treaties, alliances, and agreements. These rules cannot override the Server Rules or the authority of the server owner. They only apply to players who agree to them or are otherwise legitimately subject to them.
Common Sense
Do not intentionally ruin the server for others or exploit loopholes in these rules.
Protection During Meetings
No attacking, killing, damaging, griefing, stealing from, or engaging in other hostile actions against another player during an official meeting.
All Meetings Are Protected
This rule applies to all official meetings, including team meetings, alliance meetings, negotiations, government meetings, and League of Teams meetings. The protection does not depend on who organized the meeting.
Beginning and Ending Protection
Meeting invulnerability begins when the meeting is officially declared open and ends when it is officially declared closed. The person or group organizing the meeting must clearly announce when protection begins and ends.
No Abusing Meeting Protection
Players may not use meetings to avoid punishments or permanently prevent other players from engaging in normal gameplay. Meeting protection only applies while the meeting is officially open.
Meeting Conduct
Players must not seriously harass, threaten, or disrupt others during a meeting. The person conducting the meeting may establish reasonable rules to keep it organized.
League of Teams
The League of Teams serves as the primary court for disputes involving players and teams. Its authority and procedures are explained on the separate League of Teams page.
Server Owner
The server owner has the final authority over the Server Rules, punishments, League decisions, and situations not covered by these rules.
Rule Changes
The server owner may update these rules when necessary. Significant changes should be communicated to players whenever reasonably practical.
